I have long been a fan of Robert Fritz www.robertfritz.com and his work on the creative process. This facebook link gives an insight in to his work and uses the example of the very successful Uganda Rural Development and Training programme to demonstrate the importance of focussing on the creative process rather than on a power politics and problem orientation.
