Even those who are regular goers never quite know what to expect and there are always the surprises.
One of the surprises at this year's WOMAD were the Empress stilt dancers - flirtatious flowers, glowing suns and curious red dragons - and you never knew when you would meet them!Creative people are open to whatever happens and whether they like what they hear and see or not they at least took the opportunity to experience the possibilities that a festival such as WOMAD opens up.
Creative people live with a sense of curiosity, where each moment is an opportunity for learning.
