When asked to define creativity Sir Ken responded,"It's a way of doing things - a way of using imagination to open up new possibilities. I define creativity as having original ideas that have value. It's really something that lies at the very heart of the future of our economies; the success of our communities and is absolutely fundamental to our children leading lives that have real purpose and meaning." He went on to say that,"Being creative in any field means you have to do things. You have to be creative at something."
Being imaginative and thinking creatively is not enough. Action must follow for creativity to be any value! I'm with Sir Ken.
